Shish Taouk

 
 
 
Ingredients:
 
1 Kg of chicken chest, (boneless).
 
10 Cloves garlic, mashed.
 
Salt and black papper.
 
1 tsp of Cinnamon.
 
1 tsp of sweet papper.
 
1 tsp ground papper.
 
1 tsp ground cardamon button.
 
1 Lemon juice.
 
1/4 Cup of olive oil.
 
1/2 Cup of plain yogurt.
 
1/2 Cup of chopped coriander.
 
 
Preparation:
 
1- Mix the chicken pieces with the marinade ingredients and leave it in the pot, at least 4 hours.
 
2- place the pieces of chicken on a skewer, and grill on barbecue until cooked (not roasted too).
 
3- It's now ready to eat, with garlic salad or greek salad, eggplant, or any other salad.
